Our beers have a focus on experimentation and quality. From our three core beers to our one-off experimental batches, everything we brew is designed to be easy-drinking and conversation inciting.
Regularly Available Beers
Opacity
Our flagship hazy IPA utilizes Citra & Mosaic hops for a big, tropical juicy aroma on top of a super smooth, full-bodied IPA. It’s an easy-drinking hazy IPA that goes down smooth without being heavy.
Transparency
While still an IPA, Transparency is the inverse of Opacity. A true West Coast-style malt bill gives notes of biscuit, caramel, and honey, and the moderate bitterness balances out the malt sweetness. Dry-hopped with Centennial, Cascade, & Amarillo for a bold kick of grapefruit, pine, and orange zest with a clean finish.
Bunsen
A lager for every season, Bunsen is a Vienna-style Amber Lager that is light, crisp, and refreshing, with just the right amount of malt notes of toffee, caramel, and toasted bread, all wrapped up in a low-alcohol crisp, easy-drinking lager.
Rotating Series
Pi Series
A German Gose-style series of sours, our Pi series is built on a pilsner and wheat base, with sea salt added, and kettle soured to a pleasant level of tartness. We then rotate the fruit, herb, and spice additions seasonally, using whole local ingredients whenever possible, for a fresh take on this beer 4-6 times each year.
Deviation Series
9%+ ABV imperial stout base that is full-bodied, slightly sweet, and assertive in flavor. Each batch highlights a balanced approach to adjuncts, featuring complimentary flavors like chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, and horchata. Look out for occasional barrel-aged versions that make a rare appearance. Rotating batches go on tap about 3-4 times each year, primarily in the fall and winter months.
Harper’s Real Ginger Beer
In 2022, we launched a new line of hard ginger beer, brewed with all real, natural ingredients. Our core offering, Harper’s Real Ginger Beer, is available year-round, and we have several rotating seasonal variants that all feature additional fruits or herbs that compliment the ginger.
Lager Series
From light to dark, malty to dry, we want to explore the bounds of what a lager can be while visiting some of the classic lager styles. We release 6-8 new lagers annually. A few of our favorites are listed below.
Backward Compatible | RUN DRM | Golden Stone | Shifty | Cumberland Husk | Research Triangle Pilsner | Turbo Putt Pilsner | Silent Vice | Festbier | Resolution Solution | Olmec Lager | Aztec Amber Lager | Dry Hopped Pilsner | Balance | Scientific Uncertainty

One-Off Experimental Batches
Everything else we brew is part of our experimental series. We do not currently have plans on reviving these beers, but some may find their way into our annual releases as we continue to grow. Anytime you stop by our taproom, you’ll easily find 4-6 different experiments on the menu that are being tasted for the first time. Let us know what you think, and maybe we’ll put them into the regular lineup soon!
